Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any service offered by lucybd. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Introduction and Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the lucybd website located at lucybd.app and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, slots, and account management features (collectively, the "Services"). 3. Eligibility and Registration
You must be at least 21 years of age to use the Services. By registering an account with lucybd, you declare and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. lucybd reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to users under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, any winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at our discretion following investigation.
lucybd is operated for and directed to players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. lucybd makes no representation that the Services are lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside those it expressly targets.
When creating an account you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. lucybd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where false or misleading information has been provided. One account per person, per household, and per device is permitted. Multiple accounts held by the same person will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
lucybd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard industry practice. We may require you to submit identity documents — including a national ID card, passport, or mobile wallet verification — before processing your first withdrawal or at any subsequent point. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
4. Account Management
Your lucybd account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
- Password security: You must keep your password confidential at all times. lucybd will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
- Account closure: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal timeframe following closure.
- Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. lucybd reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts after giving prior written notice to the registered email address.
- Suspicious activity: If lucybd detects suspicious, fraudulent, or unusual activity on your account, we reserve the right to suspend the account immediately and conduct an investigation before releasing any funds.
- Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period via our support team. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will be unable to deposit, bet, or access the Services.
5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms
All transactions on lucybd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We accept deposits and process withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. By making a deposit you confirm that the payment method you are using belongs to you and that the funds are from a legitimate source.
The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your lucybd account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. lucybd does not charge any fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), 24 hours a day. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take 1–3 banking days depending on the issuing bank. lucybd does not apply a withdrawal fee. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. lucybd reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal above a threshold it deems material.
lucybd reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to believe the transaction is connected to fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other prohibited activity. In such cases, funds may be held pending investigation and, where legally required, reported to the relevant authorities.
Important: Chargeback requests made to your payment provider without first contacting lucybd support are considered a breach of these Terms. Any account where a chargeback has been initiated may be suspended pending investigation, and the value of the chargeback may be recovered from any remaining account balance.
6. Betting Rules & Casino Game Terms
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on lucybd. Game-specific rules are published within each game's interface or provider documentation and form part of these Terms by reference.
- Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by lucybd. We reserve the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason, including bets that exceed our liability limits or are placed after an event has commenced without in-play betting being available.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted at lucybd's discretion at any time.
- Manifest errors: In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes due to technical malfunction, or data feed errors — lucybd reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings derived from manifest errors are not valid and will not be paid.
- Cricket and sports betting: Sports betting markets including BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, and ICC events are subject to the official results declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or declared void by the governing body, lucybd will void affected bets in accordance with its specific sport rules.
- Live / in-play betting: In-play markets are updated in real time. Bets placed after the outcome of a market has been determined — even if the platform has not yet updated — will be voided. lucybd is not liable for delays in data feeds from third-party providers.
- Casino games and RNG: All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by lucybd.
- Disconnection during a game: If your internet connection is lost during a live casino game or crash game session, lucybd's server records will be used as the definitive record of the outcome. Where a game round was not completed, the round may be resolved automatically according to the game rules or the stake returned.
7. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by lucybd are subject to their own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game contributions, and expiry dates. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. Participation in any promotion constitutes your acceptance of both these general Terms and the specific promotion terms.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion's page. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus-derived winnings are held as bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn. lucybd reserves the right to revise wagering requirements for future promotions at any time.
lucybd actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets in a pattern designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk ("bonus hunting"), or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, lucybd reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, recover any bonus funds already withdrawn, and permanently close the account.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on lucybd and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
- Money laundering: Using lucybd to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. lucybd complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious transactions where required.
- Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on non-public insider information or in connection with any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
- Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to place bets, harvest odds data, or exploit the platform in a way not available to ordinary users.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to exploit game mechanics, share hole cards in poker, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
- Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks without first attempting to resolve the matter through lucybd's support channels.
- Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly exploiting a software bug, malfunction, or pricing error to generate profit.

Scheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, or events outside our reasonable control (including natural disasters, government action, or network failures) may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lucybd's total liability to you in connection with the Services — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the claim. lucybd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
Casino games and live dealer tables are provided by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. lucybd is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions in games supplied by third-party providers, though we will work with the relevant provider to investigate and resolve reported issues in a timely manner.

- Termination by you: You may close your account and terminate your relationship with lucybd at any time by contacting our support team. Closing an account does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure.
- Governing law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to lucybd's place of operation. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in lucybd's operating jurisdiction. lucybd will, however, endeavour to resolve disputes amicably through its support and complaints process before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
